I am Happy

While writing this blog, I  focussed on my title and feel the happiness being cultivating in my body and whole the senario of my thinking changes, as life is running towards the destination, where I am going to put my thought into action. Practise this phenomenon it is really a wonderful experience. I bet that the words we put into are the actions and one is going to feel it accordingly with a pace.

Ask a question from yourself, that are you the pessimist or the optimist? the answer will finally revolved around you when you are going to jolt down the behavior changes in your life cycle. Life is very beautiful if you are going to see it with the beautiful eyes which always gleem together to  give you the answer. 

Personality is hidden under your words

Personality is the overall combination of thoughts, actions, words spoken, pitch, tonality which are the different bonds sticks together for making one's personality.Humans are hidden under the tongue which is a binding force to either break a hearts or heel a broken heart. The ability to keep the controll of the tongue is an art and it is world difficult task to fulfilled. Bringing the tongue in your controll needs patience , commitment, and the ability to feed it positive. Once the words slips never go back, it revolves around the universe. 

From the begining of our birth, we used the words which have no meaning, but the one who understands the feelings do grasp it, during one or two years from our birth we were capable to spoke few words which are delivered to us by the family and the people around us.That means we as the human beings able to speak our words and understand the meanings in just two years, but it will take nearly our whole life to speak the right word at the right time in a right way.

Life is not a bunch of chocolates

This is very true that life which we are spending is not a piece of chocolate, its a combination of different vitamins being used not at the same time but when needed. Need based recognition is an important factor in combining the efforts to move ahead. Mostly we are going to pass our lives without the purpose if we understands our own body than a conclussion to be made on the factual basis that, all the parts of our body are performing their assigned duties and having the purpose to pass their lives, but we the humans are passing without the actual purpose of our life cycle, depending on situations, luck, easy way to overcome the difficulties.

Life is full of difficulties , hurdles, mishaps, disconnecting elements, it is foolish to say that there are no difficulties. It depends how we plan to fight and make a way to overcome the problems. Chocolates are easy to consume but it is hard to make which requires lots of efforts, investment, knowledge, abilities to transform the raw material and providing us with the finished goods. It needs hard ships, in our child hood days when we were going to fall we tried to stand up on our foot, that was so fasinating which we start to forgot when steps in the real world of challenges , the real challenge to face the world. The fall and rise notion is a motivating pill for us as, when we move to get to achieve  1000 miles walk , we need the first step. That first step is a motivating back up for the other foot to follow the path.

The path for our life is missing. Do we have a vision to follow our mission? do we have the plans to move farward to acheive our goals? do we feel depth for our commitments? no one is the path finder here all are finding the ways , the easy ways to get it. Direction is more important than the ways if you are not holding the directing rope for your success than its useless to pass the life, directions are made when the intrest is given importance and that is when the students make up their minds to choose the right educational career for them. This can happens when councelling happens. Path should be defined to make their vision to be move in a right direction. When the first steps finishes successfully the ways are to be encountered, the mind set groomed in the life to pass. 

Life will become so beautiful if the purpose to be added in transforming their vision into reality and build a better soceity. Nation build up when each and every person in the society be given importance and every one participates  to make things happen, as we are here for a reason.

Dedication

Love your work, but never ever love your company, as you never know what will happen in the future. Do the task smartly , give your best, but always prepared yuorself for the worst which can happen at any time , any day, any moment, so always live in the moment . Goals are to be achieveable once your are going to put some thing in your approach. When the vision is broder it will move to get you to set the target any time, it may lead to several years, but how we can  calculate our success figure which is alarmingly serious thing in one's life span. Success is an excess towards the dreams you made for the life.But if one can't than should he/she have to consider as a unsuccessful person , answer is no as success is not measureable rathar it is a assumption when one calculates his outcome.

The corporate world in today's era is not that which always gives a postive gesture. The rule of the thumb is nowadays is to beleive in yourown selves give them the time which is allocated . Never ever be overconfident for making the task successful, don't expect anything from any one but your own self, as you are the best judge by yourself. Mistake happens but repetition will tranform you in a danger situation, do not pull the legs of other as you do have the legs for becoming a successful person.

Success is a flatuational analysis one has to build in accordingly with the time I am not saying that there should be no dedication towards the work it is necessary for the life but emotions will destroy you because oprganization are not bult on emotion but it stands up in the sky just because of wisdom. When we are hired by some organization with the time we start to love that one which is not a good sign. There are double standards in organization which is not the best for the organization to excell in the long term. Every one should be treated equally with out any means of favor. Motivation is the best therapy but at the same time it is worst enemy too if you are not getting what you deserve for. 

100 Percent

What is 100 percent ? We all come up in our daily routine about the term as 100 percent. I am 100 percent sure, that is 100 percent true, your are 100 percent rite, I do agree with you 100 percent , and your are reading this blog 100 percent now. It is nothing but the way to satisfy one's thought. 

Communication

The word communication has different meanings but it ends in responding the facts in a right direction and make an impact in one's life. Communication is today's world has an edge over all other existing things because it is the means to tranform the words, so that the listner may follow your saying and start in a fruitful discussion.The most important is to understand the language and move the views in such a level where you feel that you have acheived something. The world is now becoming so fast that the barrier should be remove  so that the flow may not breaks. The effective communication is to listen more and than respond the opinions of others.

Experiencing the facts and understanding the notions and finally move ahead to implant a positive view is known as a good communicator. The very basic element of a good communication is to know what are you talking about , the time as well as the situation are important factor in making the communacation flow to move in a right direcion. The action has to be perform in a way you can make some one to understand your thoughts and making a conclussion based on the analysis, finally proving the fact that the barrier in the communication will come to an end, this is what the communication can give a very good impact.

Reading books on different life cycle will provide with a great transformation in set up your mind and broder the prospective and thinking beyond the limits. Never forget to read as it will generate in you the opinions of others as knowledge has no limits. Every human has a totally different way of thinking at the same situation , based on the facts and knowledge one has to make or break the ice.Great leaders of the world has one thing in common and that is to read, read, and only read. Communication is based on discussing , discussion is totally based on the knowledge and knowledge will emerging from books , books are written by people, that is the real fact . This is a real thing as Iam typing and you are reading. 

The best way to make the communication a skillful activity is to read a topic and start dicussing the fact , opinion , pros and cons, thoughts provoking ideas, your own point of view, in this way you can perform very well. No matter what is your opinion do not impose your opinion on others, because all of us have not design with the same thinking, that is why we all are different from each others. Reading is just as feeding yoursleves it's a food of thought, vitamins to gaining energy to discuss your opinions and a acting like catalyst for your views. 

Feeding Fear

Fear is frequently emerging associated reaction and it is comon in humans, but to feed the fear is alarmingly alarming. I am seriously, serious about the fact the if the human starts to feed the fear in rare situation it would become a habit in one's personality, that she/he is going to be in that mind set for a long time. Fear is nothing but your thinking which moves the waves in positive or negative direction, which eventually divert the attention towards a real tention. Fear is becoming a habitual act when not given importance to it.

As the emotions gives life to your actions, fear is going to give a flow towards hypertention, so whenever some one starts feeling the situation always be calm and calculate your responsibilities for your actions as this will create an impact upon your personality. We are the best judge ourselves and the decisions are going to implant the transations in our self. So we have to defeat the fear by our will power and live a life bravely.Difficulties should be overcome by actions, as it's foolish to say that there is no difficulties in life, the box of our life is filled with difficult situation and to handle these situation is called life.

why we feed ourselves into High Fever

Hyper ness is nothing but an emotional transnational activity in human's body, which  emerged as a typhoon or thunder storm, lasts for some time, get at impact no mater good or bad, and than folds back into history. That is life real factual analysis which we made in our life's span and never reach a concluding action, rather an unbeatable debate, then finally moving back into round table to solve the issue. When we are going in a hyper condition, we lost our own selves, what we are doing is to covered a replica of an animal as we all are aware of a social term that man is a social animal and move accordingly with the situations.

Coming back to the analysis, yes we are all the socially motivated individual thus cannot survive alone we need some one , all the time. Hyper is not a good sign of action because it will badly damage our personality and mixing the thoughts for actions. There is a lot of comparison in hyper and anger , anger feeds hyper and tell the mind for actions and prepare ourselves for the reactions. We are less intelligent when become hyper as our thinking is not going to blanket our emotions. On one side, if one realized the mistake, its good notion, but both the parties are not willing to accept the mistakes,thus transfer the situation into the cold war type of phenomenon. What's our duty is to make our efforts to bring the situation into calmness by our inner thought of actions. This could only be happens when one of the party voluntarily jump into the Pandora box to solve the issue as it is the human's nature that we are trying hard in discussing the problems than the solution.

Excepting mistake is a good sign when we starts thinking in a  positive way rather indulge our potential to become superior. In this way only conflict resolves and coming back into the normal situation which was in a abnormal flow. The only thing is to remove AB from ab-normal as we are must consider impossible towards I M Possible. 

Character is Destiny

Character is a lasting and ever lasting, reality which is bond with all the resources of one's life. It's that pill which is going to nourish overall human capacity to think, act and react accordingly. Its that force which has no pulling activity, but a mesmering out come, which is certainly give an impact on others. Charcter builds up very early but have a cutting edge ability to push some goodness every day, every moment. A man is known by the character and shape one's thinking by the actions. 

The actions and reactions of one's life with the circumstances , situations will make character, as we are known not by our facial expression, but through our character. Sow something good in you then it will eventually brings happiness and a peace of mind in the life of a human beings. When we meet with an unknow personality, we have to come up with a conclussion by the acts , reacts and words spoken to us,words when come out of the mouth will never go back but it revolves and evolves around the universe and will come back to you. Goodness and badness are nothing but every thing.

There is a question in my mind that, if chracter is every thing so what about the behaviour? The answer is character and behaviour's relationship is very close as I think that character is made up of behavior and behaviour has different life cycles but character is only one force which is always the same. Behaviour is a changing activity which is going to give a push factor to character. It's the rector scale by which we can calculate the behavior of one. Good or bad words makes character and shapes in different looping moments. People are judge because of the qalities of  bahavior which are acting as a shelter of one's thought, actions, and reactions. This is what we are giving the opinions based on character which quantify the behavior.

Life in todays world is completely lost, where we are, not we, we are all they factor. Every one is trying to coping , the jelous activity is on the highest peak because we are not at all satisfied with our ownselves. Who is to to be blame for? I , I only I, because when the people stops the ability to think than sufferings will start engraving in our personality, that we are not be able to use our common sense. 

I see people playing games with others and this gives them the satisfaction huh ..they think that other fellow is useless creature. There is a saying which one of my teacher old me, and I quote; " When there are fools present in this society , an intellegent could not die hungry" this is the real pictorial background and is on practising thing in the world. 

Understading each others point of view is the best therapy one have when solving the issues, and resolve the problem, which is floating on the minds of people. The common mistake is we starts discussing and wasting our half of the time in the problem, rather joining the heads to make a conclussion, in resolving the particular problem that has arised.

     If we are not aware of the facts then its difficult for us to tell our version to the world , that knowledge is provided to us by the medium of media, and that initiator is transforming ourselves and equipped our minds with the calculated information.If our perception did not changed then we are not going to move towards discussing about the real problems and remove the illusion, as well as make us clear through the transforming weapon of media to changing the perception.Media is actually the real image calculator which gives us the actual readings, that what is happening around with the actual facts and the methodology of  research about the happenings, which is making us more clear and elaborated in thinking beyond the limits.It is making us to rethink the mind set of the people by educating the people and give us a vision of hope, in this way the economic situation will further enhanced because it is directly hitting the economy by providing and filling the gaps of unemployment, media is acting like a barometer in any country's prosperity.It is supporting the masses by raising the voices of the deprived as well as the neglected society problems, and making it public to make the leaders even thing positive and take actions in resolving the issues, making people feel that there is some one  supporting them. Communication Gap

If you understand your family you are a successful individual.

Communication in today's time frame is very important factor which must not be neglected. In our culture our people have a vast gap of communication barrier with the paternal and maternal being of an individual, which do have a complicated life cycle, and resulted in many bad out come in one life. Communication clear the misconceptions in the minds and built up the confidence and energize oneself.

In this fast pace world we have not enough time to be spend with the family and discuss the issues relating the life and towards the future of the sons and daughters. While this communication gap further becomes strong then it is really danger because the thinking capacity also changes with the time and decisions made sometimes will not be helpful and in this way the distance between the family will bro-den and this factors s h e t t e r s the life, so please do not keep distance what ever the schedule of your working is give time to the family , discuss the matters, share the ideas, listen to them ,what they like , what they want, what they feel, they need the counselling, help because they need you in time and it is your utmost duty, and must be the priority, to look into the matters, always remember Stephen covey's 90/10 principle in your life.

Stephen covey's Example

Let's use an example. You are eating breakfast with your family. Your daughter knocks over a cup of coffee onto your business shirt. You have no control over what just happened. What happens next will be determined by how you react. You curse. You harshly scold your daughter for knocking the cup over. She breaks down in tears. After scolding her, you turn to your spouse and criticize her for placing the cup too close to the edge of the table. A short verbal battle follows. You storm upstairs and change your shirt. Back downstairs, you find your daughter has been too busy crying to finish breakfast and get ready for school. She misses the bus. Your spouse must leave immediately for work. You rush to the car and drive your daughter to school. Because you are late, you drive 40 miles an hour in a 30 mph speed limit.

After a 15-minute delay and throwing $60 traffic fine away, you arrive at school. Your daughter runs into the building without saying goodbye. After arriving at the office 20 minutes late, you find you forgot your briefcase. Your day has started terrible. As it continues, it seems to get worse and worse. 

You look forward to coming home. When you arrive home, you find small wedge in your relationship with your spouse and daughter. Why? Because of how you reacted in the morning. Why did you have a bad day? 
A) Did the coffee cause it? 
B) Did your daughter cause it? 
C) Did the policeman cause it? 
D) Did you cause it? 

The answer is "D". You had no control over what happened with the coffee. How you reacted in those 5 seconds is what caused your bad day. 

Here is what could have and should have happened. Coffee splashes over you. Your daughter is about to cry. You gently say, "Its ok honey, you just need to be more careful next time". Grabbing a towel you rush upstairs. After grabbing a new shirt and your briefcase, you come back down in time to look through the window and see your child getting on the bus. She turns and waves. You arrive 5 minutes early and cheerfully greet the staff. Your boss comments on how good the day you are having. 

Notice the difference? Two different scenarios. Both started the same. Both ended different. Why? Because of how you REACTED. You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens. The other 90% was determined by your reaction.

The bottom line of the example is 90 percent we have to blame our self and 10 will be blame for the environment, and if you control your self than you are the genius I guess. The above example is the exercise for calmness and control on the emotions. 

It is not so that if you are fulfilling the needs and wants of the family that is only thing you are entitled with but the most important and lasting notion is the communication with them and bring them under your confidence that they will share every thing with you, here I am not asking the Dads but the Moms too because in this era of change there are many working women around who are not putting their efforts in shortens the communication barriers among the sons and the daughters. For the happy life there must be a happy conversation , communication between the families.

Inventing a new exercise

Day before yesterday, I started an exercise which really gives me a great pleasure, when I ended it up in relaxing my muscles . This is a new chapter which I have invented coincidentally in my life, which I am going to share with you.This exercise do not need any weight lifting instruments but your enthusiastic and emotional behavior as well as the interest. I started with cricket, squash, foot ball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, golf, rowing, swimming, through ball, volley ball, kabadi, karate, racing, jumping, cycling, and the physical training which we normally aware of as well as performed in our school days.  

I know that you all are thinking that how come any individual is capable of doing all these games at one time. Remember there is a saying " Actions speaks louder then words", you have to perform the actions of all these games, by this way whole body's exercise will be done, the energy will emerge in your facial expressions I bet.Exercise in today's era is a very important part of life and should be necessarily adopted in our routine.

Justice

If we want a peace in our society , a harmony in our culture and a happy face in our environment, than we should hire one of the most inspiring, committed, motivated and a  true catalyst in our society, that is no other than justice. Justice is a seven letter word but it acts like a magic, if we bow the seed of it in our masses ,with the passage of time it will flourish and give shelter to every one, who ever comes underneath.

Justice should not be bound by religion , race but  humanity. Spread the word of love with justice and than see the difference in opinion, behavior, and the life styles of people. Its a barometer in any nations success when the justice is done than the flow of hatred will be diminishing and the graph of goodness will emerge on the map of the world.

Griping Love

Love is emotional and sensational out come of an individual which will come  from the inner sense, finally involved in the transition, which will give life to the thinking for the object. Its a directional therapy which is not known to any one but one starts to love.I can say that Love is long lasting, overwhelming, victorious ,end.It starts from inside and ends in inside too, but it is not going to involve the mind game rather totally dependent on the heart.The decisions will emerge from the heart only that is only the reason we call this Love.

Love is powerful word but in the same manner some times its also referred to power fool word, because humans are at last not the same, they can change the color what ever they like too or pretend for.Its very much difficult to analyse the inner version of human beings we believe only the outer image building of the individuals.We don't know the secrets.

There are many stages of love or if I can say it in this way that love has many kinds.Love is a sensation which converts into feeling, then it becomes passion which is the last stage of love.Passion involves interest, belonging, attraction, realization, commitment, authority and a do it factor.There is an eye inside and that is called as heart's eye. If any one lit up this one than it is known as the true love.All parts of our body are the loving factors depends on how to use them.

Love is very pure philosophy and cannot be compare with anything existing in this world, as it can only take happiness in its surroundings and give the message of true realization inside. I have been to many places but the place which fascinates me is my birth place with this statement I have build up the image that I love my village no matter where ever I live.

Beautify your self by the peace inside and that will only come with love, one form of love is forgiveness, which is going to give you a sense of happiness when you perform that action. The other form is helping some one without a reward will give satisfaction and the heart will joy at that moment.

How is the first   Scenario sounds to you? I thinks its a great motivational pill any one can give to any one.But how about the second one? Hmm mm,  No comments at all. Motivation is that sign which is working and adds the performance of an individual and the team. Motivation today brings us with great leader around the globe and this is not only the ten letter word but is a magic in one's life. It acts as success catalyst and energize any one who is believing it as a best mentor.Not matter motivation is inbuilt behavior of any person but it also evolves outside.

Moments are pearls

Moments are pearls which becomes valuable by age and store in our subconscious mind. The older we grew up we start remembering those moments and start laughing. Hahahahahahaha....

There are many  things in life which are important and add a flavor in remembering the moments which were covered in life's span, we usually laugh by bringing back some of the interesting facts from our sub conscious mind towards our conscious one. These are called boom up factors, which really make our life so pleasant that we usually discussed in our conversations, the best thing is we are not bored by  repeating those moments which blinks our facial expression and I must say it is deeply rooted in our life's cycle.

Thumbs Up

Thumbs up for all those who even think a little to do some thing , but unable to move forward because of double substandard of people which we put in lives. I wish I can make any difference but not able to because I am not taking the first step to built the castle of change, nor build up my mind to take risks. 

Thumbs up for the ones who supported the floods victims, provide the shelter to the shelter less, give water to the thirsty ones, the generous people are every where, we have to spread the words of  smile to the world as we are the loving ones.We are not the hate generators, we are the happy energizers.

Load yourselves with good wishes, love and wisdom to make difference rather the hatred, all humans are one soul. 

Relocating Mind set

Human is the best creature of this universe and passing the life as wishes and thinking the way as fixes.

Trainers

Trainers trains an individuals to make a difference if trainees  unable to put that to life then its call waste management, throw it in the recycle box, the words do not do a magic.

There are two types of trainers, one is called the good trainer and other is known as a  best trainer. Trainer is

T= triumphant, R= relocating, A= audience, I= intelligence, N= natural, E= energetic/enthusiastic, R= results

Its says that a trainer should be on triumphs in relocating the mind sets of audience through the intelligence capacity, with natural means, to perform with enthusiastic approach to brings results.

Never give up

Ups and down are part of life never you give up up till alive.......

Listen to the sound of water when you see it calm, you feel your own life not so energetic and touchy you will also calm yourself. But on the other side when you listen to the sounds of streams flowing from the mountain ranges and gushing into the water with an energetic movement, than you are going to feel the energy, and the inner sense will eventually give a support factor. That is life.

Live not only to your own selves as you are not brought in this world to help your self and vanished from the earth unknown. Happiness and sorrow, success and defeat, troubles and ways, failure and winning  are all part of life in  this globe. All of us will not be happy all the time nor be sad at all do you agree to disagree?

Happiness is inside , sorrow is out side factor, Success is inside  but the defeat is out side reaction, troubles are inside but the ways are outside, failure is inside because you have concluded it as  rather consider it as: failure is an event not a person, event passed away as the failure becomes negative but when you draft it on your mind then it will be harmful.

Every one is born with the fate, luck, success and happiness. We have to focus on that which is our own hand rather to blame circumstances and opportunities to overcome our failure to just satisfy ourselves. There are many reasons to smile, laugh as it will blink the face. Our facial expressions gives a complete pictorial view as I usually say, "your outer image is the reflection of your inner thoughts".Ah...... I am not saying that there should always a smile on your face where its not needed. Motivational words are pearls in any siuation just do one thing repeat a word yahoooooooo with an energy. How do you feel ? wow great.

This is very true that what ever message you give to the universe it will reverse back to you . Positive message will move to the universe and comes back to the source with a positive outcome, the negative one will search the source in negative means. Do an exercise for two days , the day first with the positive one and day second with the negative one and come up with the conclusion with the third day , you will feel the difference.

Adding a new page to the life and reconnect yourself with positive approach will give best results. I bet that it will en-rocks the spirit when you navigate your perceptions towards a directing rope with a hope, play the developmental chess to win the game of your life as you are the free human beings.
