Why Top University students Only

Skills and innovative thinking are not the treasures of anyone, they are for all. They are building up with time and nourish in the mind set of an individual. Everyone has been given with the power to cultivate what he/she has inbuilt capabilities to transform a vision into reality, but why the fruits which are ripen will be eaten only by the ones who graduated from  "well know universities". They have been called for interviews, because the mind set of the interviewer is set alike" The individuals graduated from well known universities are the only assets" is this true? I don't know. Let it be decided by you.

Why the best universities are the best , it is because they have the best teachers? best students? great infrastructure, which is of course an attraction? but I think that we made few best and more worse by only emphasizing at the short term.It is not like that the lowest ranked universities having no best teachers, yes they have the good faculty, but how can we change the mind set.  Education is a progressive approach , it should be spread to all with a commitment that every one should be benefited from it. Every one has to be provided with good education so that they become the best ones. I know that this depends upon the individual whether one goes to the top and fly high or remains where he /she has decided but mentoring is the best source to mold someone to do something. It is called a motivation pill, which has to be swallowed in order to become the best. 

One becomes best because it is a commitment with oneself to be the one. It can only be happens when the system of education is best for all. Education is the only thing one has , it is an asset, no one can take it from you, the more you educated ,the more secure you feels, it is like a saving account, you can debit at any time you may wants to. I am not criticizing the best universities, but this is the fact that all individuals who graduated from lowest ranked universities are not being treated well in calling up for an interview by multinational organizations. How can we fill this gap?

This gap will be filled up after analyzing its importance at the rite time, with actions, as we know that actions speaks better than words. As we all know  that, Rome was not built in a day so as it is , needs time but more important is the will to fill this gap.

Society

Society is the combination of different thoughts bind together through a force of attraction with vary cultural differences but manage to live on the same page under the umbrella of a nation. Society makes or breaks any nation it is consider as a brand image to the world. The seven letter word has the strongest meanings. This has many forms ; literate society , formal society , functional or non functional society , modern or ancient society .  

In this transnational world society plays a very significant role in order to revolutionize any action for a nation. Society is a seed which reap and transformed into different branches with time . If the water refreshes the breed will be great so as via a vis.

Character is Destiny

What you sow it will breed, and become what the seeds to be produced. It is not that you planted a seed for mango and it  turned to be a banana. The destiny is hidden in that particular seed, to transformed it into what it deserved to be by nature.

Just Do It

We have heard a saying " An Idea can change your Life" true , but it can be possible, when we focus our attention towards the idea, and implement it, not to store in the brain, to drain it without make it happen. Every one has certain skills and qualities which are differs from one to one, but skills are hidden truth that can not be hidden for long , use it at the right time, so that one can know that skills works, and truly, it works.

Start with a scratch, but start it. Never ever make up your mind that when I got a huge amount I shall start it , frankly , that cannot be happened. Just do it is a motivational therapy, if applied it can change everything.
