Relationships

Relationships are based on trust , trust is based on believe, believe is based on analysis, analysis is based on knowing one another and thus with all this, a relationship is born. Relationships are just like a ship flowing into waters some times shallow , sometimes deep. We all are living in the social spectrum, where it is necessary to build relationships which lasts long.  It is us who breaks and makes a relationship this must be a win win.

Discussing and with mutually understanding each others prospective, will give a room for better relationships, no matter how rude you are, but the end result is on the table conversations. Conversations are good when practiced in our daily life. Conversation removes the differences , when it's fruitful which do not harm anyone. Why do the leaders having good relationship with the people , it is just because he/she understands the people prospective, their emotions, vision, feelings, and they hear the whisper. 

A good book is a page turner we read , read and read it to the last page because it has created a wave of trust in us to transformed us to read that book because of the powerful words, with powerful actions, and our reaction is to read that book, because we trust the author, and that author trust us,  we don't even know each other but the words build a relationship . I have never meet Nelson Mandela in my life but his powerful words made a room in my subconscious mind,  that there is a man named Nelson Mandela, known for his great vision and his love for mankind. 

                Build the relationship and filled it with trust, commitment and a true essence.

Why Top University students Only

Skills and innovative thinking are not the treasures of anyone, they are for all. They are building up with time and nourish in the mind set of an individual. Everyone has been given with the power to cultivate what he/she has inbuilt capabilities to transform a vision into reality, but why the fruits which are ripen will be eaten only by the ones who graduated from  "well know universities". They have been called for interviews, because the mind set of the interviewer is set alike" The individuals graduated from well known universities are the only assets" is this true? I don't know. Let it be decided by you.

Why the best universities are the best , it is because they have the best teachers? best students? great infrastructure, which is of course an attraction? but I think that we made few best and more worse by only emphasizing at the short term.It is not like that the lowest ranked universities having no best teachers, yes they have the good faculty, but how can we change the mind set.  Education is a progressive approach , it should be spread to all with a commitment that every one should be benefited from it. Every one has to be provided with good education so that they become the best ones. I know that this depends upon the individual whether one goes to the top and fly high or remains where he /she has decided but mentoring is the best source to mold someone to do something. It is called a motivation pill, which has to be swallowed in order to become the best. 

One becomes best because it is a commitment with oneself to be the one. It can only be happens when the system of education is best for all. Education is the only thing one has , it is an asset, no one can take it from you, the more you educated ,the more secure you feels, it is like a saving account, you can debit at any time you may wants to. I am not criticizing the best universities, but this is the fact that all individuals who graduated from lowest ranked universities are not being treated well in calling up for an interview by multinational organizations. How can we fill this gap?

This gap will be filled up after analyzing its importance at the rite time, with actions, as we know that actions speaks better than words. As we all know  that, Rome was not built in a day so as it is , needs time but more important is the will to fill this gap.

Society

Society is the combination of different thoughts bind together through a force of attraction with vary cultural differences but manage to live on the same page under the umbrella of a nation. Society makes or breaks any nation it is consider as a brand image to the world. The seven letter word has the strongest meanings. This has many forms ; literate society , formal society , functional or non functional society , modern or ancient society .  

In this transnational world society plays a very significant role in order to revolutionize any action for a nation. Society is a seed which reap and transformed into different branches with time . If the water refreshes the breed will be great so as via a vis.

Character is Destiny

What you sow it will breed, and become what the seeds to be produced. It is not that you planted a seed for mango and it  turned to be a banana. The destiny is hidden in that particular seed, to transformed it into what it deserved to be by nature.

Just Do It

We have heard a saying " An Idea can change your Life" true , but it can be possible, when we focus our attention towards the idea, and implement it, not to store in the brain, to drain it without make it happen. Every one has certain skills and qualities which are differs from one to one, but skills are hidden truth that can not be hidden for long , use it at the right time, so that one can know that skills works, and truly, it works.

Start with a scratch, but start it. Never ever make up your mind that when I got a huge amount I shall start it , frankly , that cannot be happened. Just do it is a motivational therapy, if applied it can change everything. 

Imagination

Illuminating one's mind through education will enlightened the tendency to come together and lit up the light which brightened generation and generation. It's only education which leads one's life into the path to bring harmony , peace of mind, as well as bridging the gap between literate and illiterate individuals. Nation prosper when the flow of knowledge flows to the roots and refreshes all with the flavor of education.

Education cannot be taken, nor any one can destroy, it is flowing , flowing and flowing without any limits. Its just like an ocean , the more you go deep , hidden truth reveals. Its a non ending phenomenon ,flourishes with time and makes a personality. The variations are placed in individuals acts, thus making a combination to transform one self into a completes personality life cycle. 

Every one is a Script Writer

Every one is a script writer, of  the moment and for the moments. Some use to be the best script writers, others are average ,but every one knows about what to write in the mind so that other may not know, but he/she knows better what kind of script favors him/her? Script writing will eventually meets its destiny, one use to follow, in order gain the flavors of success. As I usually say:

                  "I am what I am today, because of the choices, I made yesterday".

What you think you will become one day, but needs fulfillment of your destiny to kick start, what you want to and achieve within the time frame but sometimes you have to wait for long, but patience in you shall leads towards attainment of the goal set by you. Write the script but follow it accordingly, with commitment , passion, as well as determination to reach the destination to unlock the door of opportunity and safe the key for unlocking the opportunities ahead.

Success blinks your face, it brings an everlasting smile on your face, and a great victory in your heart. So it all depends on the kind of script you have written for implementation and that is going to be a your best supporting element because you know yourself best than any other. The skills you have are your treasure so craft that treasure to make it glow and shine like a diamond. Raw diamond is also moving to certain stages to mold for becoming a finished shiny diamond. In the same manner person has to polish the skills and move forward to prove oneself. Therefore it is true that

Fly high but why?

An Airplane takes a long run way to take a flight to rise in the sky, it means that a human need to cope up with all the challenges, to move forward and reach to hug your destination. It's a mix combination of determination, zeal, enthusiastic wave, inner confidence, commitment,  realistic approach, smart work and above all honesty and a will to do.

Never ever give up your potentials which are the binding force of attraction for the success , do what you love and in which you feel good , love your work, involve in depth, when doing any work ,so that it can reach to it's accomplishment at the estimated time limit as (time is lens through which dreams are discovered). Concentration is the key for any project to be completed, so be confident about the work done. Make a habit to cross check, what you have put on. Even a smallest error can bring you back to the ground . Keep this in the mind the there is no work to be small or big one work is work whether it is small or a big all depends on the will and determination for doing work towards completion. 

Fly high is a motivation pill for the success, so keep your wings open, to take a flight and see the difference. Do what you want but it should be positive ,beneficial and productive.   

First Deserve than Desire

Wake up, wake up it's almost 9 in the morning. O..... it's going to be late today, for my office. While getting up I had a smile on my face as in my dreams I was billionaire making lots of fun having all that, but sadly, it was for a particular moment, and vanished with a blink of an eye. I made a conclusion which narrates :

                                                                    First Deserve than Desire

Path for success are made accordingly with the commitment and smart work, one is doing to achieve,  but it needs time, patience, realization and above all the hope in getting ,what you desire, for which you deserve.

Human in Crises

No matter you have achieved all which you have ever desired, in your life, or you are waiting to achieve it soon, from the richest to the poorer, all are in the wave of crises. No one is satisfied with what one have, every one, wants more , more and this more is the greatest cause of crises in human's life. If you asked from the individual about the over all satisfaction you get the answer in negative, many are giving excuses which are not based of facts. Why this happens?

Human's life is encircle with thoughts and these thoughts need actions, as our brain works all our life till the end. Many of our thoughts are only the thoughts, but some needs actions, to transform those into real means by implementing  our imagination.

Crises can be eliminated through a progressive discovery of our potentials and skills. Every problem has a solution but it depends on how to get the problem , evaluate it, analyse it , than run for the action plan. See the problem which cause it, but remember one thing be positive in your approach, while taking decision as that decision might give you strength or might involve in making rational thinking, which are not attaching to the concern problem. Relax yourself by wise thoughts which are the binding force of attraction to move you in a direction to solve the occurring problem in an effective manner.

Crises rises when we minimize our attention  towards our-self.  

Vision

Transformation of vision into a reality is a success ; because we want to sense through our own eyes becomes a reality one day.That day is going to be a day of celebration, happiness, and a touching moments of one's life. The people who seems successful in their lives worked harder as well smarter too, for converting their vision into a reality.

Vision needs actions, at the right time, with a spirit, to act accordingly with a pace and an enthusiastic willingness , for putting all our efforts into a real world of opportunities. Vision is an inspiration of the behavior , which a person wants to achieve, it must have an energetic current and a most important factor involved is the belief ; which motivates a person with a purpose , it should be realistic so that one can live in the real world and kick off the fantasies that is the one reason that a person should be practical in targeting the goals.

Telemedicine

Technological advancement has given lot of opportunities in making the life of people easy to live, by sharing the experiences, one gets with the help of those individuals, who want to make a difference, by implementing the services to those people whom the flavor of benefits not to be focused on. Modern technical approach has give a birth to the path on which foundations to be built on making the quality of people better with time by reaching the unreachable.

There was a age when people wrote letters to their loved ones to know about them, inquiring about the health discussing the issues and make that contact live, and the response was given back in the form of letters  for that one person has to wait for long. One man brought a revolution in this world by inventing telephone for the conversation, which became a much easier tool for contacting the people, sharing the thoughts with the ones who are faraway.That was the time when letters were replaced by telephone, but those people who cannot afford left behind and they stayed at the same pattern of letter writing. 

In today's world there are the many people who are unable to get benefits and lay far behind because they are not informed about the utilities being used . Telemedicine in today is moving with a pace as this service is running in many countries of the world and million of people are getting benefit with in seconds. The word Telemedicine is a bridge between the doctor and a patient where the patients problems are solved via video conferencing and treatment as well as diagnostics analysis are practiced. 

Telemedicine is an easy tool to get connected through technology every where and access any where, where there is a need. It will take some time in building the awareness among people for having this service in their vicinity but if Telemedicine is implemented than  the people who cannot reach the doctors will coordinate them via technology and it is the way to solve the problems as well advice being given by doctors at the designated time.

Choosing a career

We are born to  take actions based on the factual analysis which is a part of our life , wishing to jump on the ladder of success and trying to lead a happy moment but this will eventually takes a lot of time , struggle, commitments, energy and ever lasting confidence on ourselves. There is a vast difference between what we are and what we want to be which may be a wish or the reality dependent on our decision.

Career is an umbrella, under which one got a shelter, and feel comfort when it will be moving on the right direction. Choosing ones career is the life foremost decision upon which the whole of the life circulates. We know much better of our own potentials and skills that can give a push factor for making our vision broader  in choosing what we want as well as what we want to be in the coming future. 

Career is overall combination of a progressive achievement and acts as a trainer that will implant the desire one wish to be in his/her future. This needs a deep analysis and actual facts should be undermined in calculation the risk and waiting for a break through.

This ten letter word  engraved in itself the whole life experiences, depends on it the way it is formed and using this art to make some difference. Lack of this will eventually put us in past . Only the people with confidence and commitment are going to be making the place in the society. We are all judged by our level of confidence as well as applying those trends in our life. Our level of confidence is becoming much higher when we want to achieve something for ourselves. The only thing which I guess is that we do have this art built-in, but not updating it, with the pace of time and need of society.

Generally notifying the fact that the way we are going to put things in our lives will by and large effects us all our cycle of existence.We do have the means to speak and ways to transform our ideas into action , the approach which is missing is take the initiative once a person master the art to initiate will definitely wins by defeating the negative approach in himself or herself. 

One of the good practice is to permeate your inner intuition by the way that you are the one who can do the undo, reach the unreachable and transform the impossibility towards the possibility. We are making our own assumptions not based on the real facts but presume that this can happens.The only thing is to make a room for us to entitled us with the ability to make our will to build the supplement of confidence.

Practice this art by fighting with in your own self by practically involving into the deep ocean of confidence though an idea and start discussing with others , if some one motivates you in overcoming the fact that you can do it than I am sure that you can bring change by changing the thinking that yes I can, and let me say that, yes you can, and you will .

My Inspiration is my Respiration

Waking up in a morning and thanking ALLAH Almighty that we do have one more day, to make change, feel better, fulfilling the commitments, satisfying ourselves, forgive the one you hurt you, give strength to one, who are disappointed and many more . Life is a penetrating factor, the more you give, the more you gain, but remember that not from the humans, only from the one, WHO is controlling this whole universe. It is a common thinking syndrome of human capacity ,that we need to be helpful in the hour of when we do required the favor from the one's, whom we have done some favor in the past, that really is myth, but on the other hand it depends upon the person' s personality, to make decision based on facts. 

Live a life, as a life, bring a smile on your face in a situation, I am not saying that this should be applied to all the situations inline with people, I want to say only one thing that is, we the people are in this world only for a limited time span and vanished from here as if we aren't here passing our lives. So enjoy every moment of your life as if small or big achievements, but the fact is if those events are passed by with out celebrating than there is no need to wait for that moments. When we respire we feel good to taste the beauty of live, and calculating the happiest events of our times. It gives us the chance to do some thing not for your own selves, but for the others too, as we the humans are binding force of attraction.

Trust Thirst

I am moving from the office for some personal matter , will you go through the assignment on which I was working, and give me feed back, upon my return, as today is the submission date for the proposal. This is what we use to do when we trust some one blindly. Upon our arrival if the commitment is positive we feel proud that some one has given  importance to us, but if we have not been given the due importance this can be assumed as  a distrusting behavior or a factor.

Life moves around the trust biding. Trust is a force of attraction which brings together a commitment, realization, confidence, importance, and overall the true identity of some one's character . No matter what living condition we are passing by we have to trust some one and it is a fallacy that if ones the trust is broken will not be retrieved. This is a myth as we in our live span came up with the idea that if some one deceives us that doesn't means that all bonds are null but it is going to given a message to be realistic in making the trust bond. Do you trust yourself ? How? Why? the answer is believing in acting and performing to get the results.

Trust is like a magnet with a force of attraction and repulsion to be moved in ones' personality. It comes from  ones' behavior , character, commitment and feelings. Trust can be build on the foundation of truth.
